In addition to Commercial EPCs and Domestic EPCs (for both rental properties and properties for sale), I can also provide a full property details service for estate agents: photographs, measurements and floor plans - meaning your client can be serviced fully in just one property visit (convenient for them - cost effective for you).

Do I still need an EPC?
The requirement for a Home Information Pack (HIP) was suspended on the 21st May 2010. From this date it is not required to sell your home.
The Energy Performance Certificate is still required to put your home on the market, the rules are quite simple, you are required to commission an Energy Performance Certificate at the time the house is marketed, the rules state that the certificate should be available within 28 days from the date of marketing.
Online Ordering Is Available
One useful feature of the new website is "online ordering" for EPCs. This makes it extremely convenient for clients who use my services regularly to quickly and easily submit orders. Even if you are just ordering the one EPC please still feel free to use this feature.
