Commercial EPCs

Commercial Energy Certificates Non Domestic Energy Certificates are produced on buildings for sale or for rental. From the first of October 2008 it has been a requirement to have the energy certificate and report prior to the sale or rental completion. The energy survey consists of measuring all areas of the building and setting them into zones which are named as their function, i.e. office, corridor, etc. The data collected from the site visit is used to calculate the energy certificate and the accompanying report.
